Functieomschrijving
Je rapporteert aan de head of controlling en werkt nauw samen met je andere Finance collega’s en de collega’s uit de operaties.
Je bent de business partner voor onze Ocean Freight afdeling in Antwerpen.
Je analyseert klantengegevens op vlak van profit en signaleert bepaalde trends.
Je monitort of er tijdig gefactureerd wordt en adviseert de collega’s uit de operaties over “sick files”.
Je maakt pro-actief financiële rapporten en zorgt ervoor dat deze in functie van je doelgroep aangepast worden (Finance, directie, operationele collega’s,..).
De drukste week is rond het einde van de maand (afsluiting) en het begin van de nieuwe maand.
Uw profiel
Je houdt ervan om financiële zaken in mensentaal te vertalen, impact te hebben op de business en collega’s ook een financiële mindset bij te brengen.
Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en respecteert deadlines. Je bent toegankelijk, communicatief en hebt een brede interesse.
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel. Qua talen zijn N/F en Engels mondeling en schriftelijk een must.
