**Your Tasks as Business Controller**
- **Advising management** on compensation & benefits strategies through data-driven and **financial modeling** insights.
- **Leading the budgeting and forecasting** cycle, ensuring precision and alignment across teams.
- **Monitoring performance** and controlling results, **acting as a bridge** between Finance, HR, and other departments.
- **Developing reports** for senior management and supporting Board-level decisions.
- Collaborating on **financial audits** to guarantee compliance with internal and external standards.
- Driving **process optimization** and supporting the **digital transformation** of financial tools and systems.
**Your Profile as Business Controller**
- **Master’s degree** in Economics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** (experience in a **Big 4** firm is a plus).
- Fluent in **English**and **French**; **Dutch**proficiency (min. B2) is ideal.
- Strong command of **Power BI** and advanced **Excel**skills.
