**Jouw uitdaging**

Voor een ambitieus warehouse transformation project zoeken we een hands-on Project Manager met technisch inzicht en een stevige portie organisatiekracht. Het warehouse plan is uitgetekend - nu zoeken we iemand die de uitvoering en opvolging in goede banen leidt, samen met interne en externe stakeholders.

Je stuurt twee cruciale sporen aan:

- Automatisatie van logistieke processen in het warehouse (installatie, integratie, oplevering)
- Digitalisatie van warehouseprocessen (systemen, data, automatisatie)

Je vertaalt visie naar actie, bewaakt deadlines en behoudt de controle over budgetten en kwaliteit. Je werkt volledig onsite in regio Brussel, in een omgeving waar jouw leiderschap het verschil maakt.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Project Manager Warehouse Transformation ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- De dagelijkse opvolging van het volledige project rond automatisatie van logistieke processen
- Coördinatie van leveranciers, techniekers, planners en IT-stakeholders
- Vertaling van functionele behoeften naar technische acties en systemen
- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van het changeproces binnen het team
- Rapporteren over voortgang, risico’s en resultaten aan de stuurgroep
- Aansturen van de digitalisatieprojecten binnen het warehouse (systeemkeuze, implementatie, training)
- Garanderen van een veilige, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectleiding binnen warehouse/logistieke omgevingen
- Grondige kennis van automatisatieprojecten en/of digitalisatie in magazijncontext
- Sterke communicatieskills en organisatorisch inzicht
- Je spreekt vlot Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Engels
- Je bent voltijdse en onsite beschikbaar in regio Brussel
- Ervaring binnen de retailsector is een sterke plus
