**The Fleet Account Manager**
Role
- Reporting to the Fleet Manager Belux, the Fleet Account Manager is responsible for the development of fleet sales to major customers (Key Accounts), identified as TOP 300 customers BeLux, both privately owned as public.
- To deliver sales & profit targets in line with annual budgets and company policy.
Actively prospecting for new customers: search, identify and contract new accounts.
To develop and strengthen existing customer relations : continuous improvement in the long term partnership with the accounts by identifying opportunities, developing commercial proposals.
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to the commercial fleet strategy and within the agreed budget.
- Implement tools with the aim to create lead history and performance monitoring
- Seeking for internal sign-off, clearance of the commercial proposal and contract with the staff functions of KBE.
- The FAM is the key point of contact for the client, in cases of escalation, or where the client requires additional information.

Profile
- Excellent automotive industry knowledge
- Strong commercial skills
- Knowledge of key fleet sales segments, fiscal aspects, TCO,...
- Sales and result driven
- Assertive, persistent, communicative, convincing, solid presenting skills
- Fluent in languages: French, Dutch and English
- 3 years experience in automotive sales business
- Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
