As Corporate Key Account Manager, you will manage key business mobility customers in Belgium, operating at the forefront of the energy transition. In this fast-evolving market, you will drive commercial growth, foster innovation, and ensure customer success by helping businesses optimize their fleets, reduce emissions, and navigate complex mobility challenges.This role requires exceptional portfolio and relationship management skills, combined with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities with global partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their decarbonization journey while delivering measurable business impact.This position is ideal for someone with a passion for both nurturing existing accounts (FARMING) and pursuing new business opportunities (HUNTING). You will play a critical, high-impact role in mobility solutions, with significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility in Belgium.With access to a comprehensive B2B mobility portfolio, including EV charging, low-carbon fuels, digital payment solutions, telematics, and fleet management services, you will be empowered to innovate, influence, and make a tangible difference in how businesses operate sustainably.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCustomer Portfolio Management: Manage, develop, and grow a selective portfolio of key B2B mobility accounts, achieving agreed margins and volumes through face-to-face and remote selling.Energy Transition Leadership: Guide customers through decarbonization initiatives using renewable and low-carbon mobility solutions.Deploy & Scale Customer Solutions: Act as the local expert for digital fleet solutions, telematics, mobility services, and other customer offerings. Pitch and implement solutions that address real business challenges.Drive Innovation & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and propose initiatives that accelerate growth.Collaboration & Influence: Serve as the central connector across sales, operations, marketing, finance, legal, and partner teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.Hunt for Growth: Actively identify and convert new business opportunities, combining deep market knowledge with creativity and persistence.Role Model & Compliance: Lead by example in professional behavior and continuous learning, ensuring adherence to ethics, compliance, and safety standards.PROFILEEducationMaster's degreeLanguagesFluent in French, English, and DutchExperience5–8 years of proven B2B sales experienceExperience within leasing or energy is a strong plus.Strong negotiation and deal-making track record with key customersAbility to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levelsStrong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and drive for resultsFast learner with the ability to analyze complex data setsPassion for sales, mobility, innovation, and solving customer challengesWillingness to travel across Belgium for customer visitsPersonality & CompetenciesA "let's do it" mentality with a positive, proactive attitudePassion for customers and improving their experienceCuriosity and courage to challenge thinking and uncover real customer needsStrong commercial drive and long-term value focusGenuine interest in e-mobility, payments, and mobility innovationInnovative thinking to stay ahead of the competitionLearner mindset with resilience and gritA true team player collaborating across the full value chainWho You AreYou bring energy, curiosity, and courage.
