Community & Content Marketing Lead

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Community & Content Marketing Lead** to help us grow and energize our community of developers, data analysts, and product builders. Your mission: build a thriving space where users learn, share, and succeed — while turning that engagement into real business impact for Luzmo.
This is a unique opportunity to shape our community from the ground up: launching our Slack/Discord hub, hosting engaging events, and creating content that inspires both technical and business users. If you love blending storytelling with community building — and you’re excited about data, APIs, and SaaS — this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
**In your first 3 months, you will**:
- Launch our structured community space (Slack/Discord).
- Create snackable content (“show & tell” demos, tutorials, posts).
- Publish a community onboarding guide & charter.
- Host our first AMA or live coding session.
**By 6 months, you will**:
- Identify and support our first community ambassadors.
- Run community-led workshops (virtual or in-person).
- Build a structured feedback loop between users and product.
- Partner with users to co-create blogs, tutorials, or case studies.
**By 12 months, you will**:
- Launch our first certification or learning lab, building on our existing _Luzmo Academy_.
- Roll out an official ambassador program.
- Showcase measurable community impact on leads and opportunities.
- Represent Luzmo at external industry events.
**What Success Looks Like**:
- A vibrant, open community where members feel welcomed, engaged, and heard.
- Consistent, high-quality content that educates and inspires.
- Early ambassadors and power users championing Luzmo.
- Community-driven contributions to product adoption, advocacy, and pipeline.
**About You**:
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have **hands-on technical experience** (e.g., working with APIs, SaaS products, or integrations) and feel comfortable engaging with developer audiences.
- Are a natural **storyteller and educator** who enjoys simplifying complex topics.
- Have experience creating different types of content (writing, video, workshops).
- Enjoy building and energizing communities online and offline.
**Bonus points if you**:
- Love public speaking, events, or hackathons.
- Have a background in BI, analytics, or data visualization.
- Have been a developer turned evangelist, or worked closely with technical audiences.
