Product Marketing Team Lead

**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Interface with Chief Product Officer and Product Management team to influence the platform and product roadmap based on customer and market knowledge, understand product requirements, release timelines, etc.
- Serve as a product advocate and lead team in developing platform and product positioning and differentiated messaging that resonates with buyer personas
- Ensure the sales team is enabled to position Guardsquare in a unique and compelling manner; oversee and develop internal and external-facing sales tools such as competitive battlecards, pitch decks, white papers, customer case studies and stories, eBooks, and video content
- Lead the product launch process: partner with Product Management to launch new offerings and capabilities targeted at specific buyer personas and customer pain points resulting in strong product adoption; includes helping to define the go-to-market strategy and interfacing with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations
- Oversee content development: create and lead team in building content including thought-leadership and solution presentations, speaking engagement abstracts, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles, webcasts, trade-show presentations, analyst briefings targeting the various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Establish deep buyer knowledge / buyer personas across the Product Marketing team: who they are, how they consume information, how they make buying decisions, and their purchase criteria. Partner with the Demand Generation function to bring innovative programs to market
- Support PR and AR initiatives to increase awareness among our target audiences
- Grow Product Marketing function; lead and mentor team members
**Profile**
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a Product Marketing role
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Marketing
- Experience in security software and/or developer-centric product marketing
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to comprehend (and explain) the benefits and functionality of advanced mobile app sec software
- Leadership / teambuilding skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- Results orientation / analytics focus; ability to track and optimize
- Ability to multitask with proven track record of execution on product launches, initiatives/programs, support of sales teams, and partnership with product teams
