As a UX Researcher and Designer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Preparing and hosting workshops on functional framing, ideation and co-design
- Collecting user needs and feedback by employing the appropriate research methods
- Creating personas with the help of relevant user research and data
- Developing storyboards, user/process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Realizing wire frames and producing functional prototypes with mock data
- Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers

**Have you got what it takes?**:
- You already have a track record of experience in design thinking for agile projects
- You have a strong portfolio of relevant design projects
- You are well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- You are an expert when it comes to creating wire frames and user flows and design software such as Figma
- You are proactive, analytical and can present your ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- You are trilingual, with excellent language skills in Dutch, French and English
