Assistant supply chain

**Description de la fonction**:
Ecofrost prévoit un agrandissement de site sur Peruwelz (rajout des lignes de production pour augmenter la capacité de production et élaborer son gamme de ventes) et recherche donc a agrandir ces équipes.

En supply chain, on s'assure de ne jamais être en rupture de plastic, carton, scotch,... pour garantir la bonne marche des lignes de production 24/7.

Calculer, anticiper et commander les emballages pour les mettre à la disposition des équipes en production, le moment voulu.
Vérifier et évaluer que les stocks à disposition correspondent aux besoins en production
Assurer le suivi du stock au quotiden, travail de terrain, suivi des équipes en poste, afin de garantir un stock correct.
Mise à jour de la base des données des emballages disponibles et du référentiel des produits finis dans l’ERP.
Prise régulière d’inventaire. (terrain)
Suivi de la traçabilité des emballages, superviser la rotation des stocks, transition entre les différentes versions etc.
Travail en partenariat avec les magasiniers, responsable d’entrepot et au sein d’une petite équipe achat.
Contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs afin de définir les délais de livraison en fonction des besoin de la production.
Superviser le maintien de l’ordre et le rangement des entrepots de stockages

**Profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur (Bac+3) ou expérience équivalente
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais, la connaissance d’autres langues comme le néerlandais constitue un atout
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les logiciels bureautiques, tapez aveuglement et prête a apprendre
Vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe
Vous disposez d’une grande capacité à résoudre les problèmes, vous prenez des initiatives
Vous faites preuve de beaucoup de rigueur et de précision dans votre travail
Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, résistant au stress et responsable
