**Role: Engineering Team Lead Process Engineering (Supervisor - joblevel 10)**

As Engineering Team Lead, Utilities & Process you support the Process Engineering team.

**Reporting to**: Manager Engineering (to be hire)

Your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing strategic projects related to utilities and process equipment (both individually and across different departments) within filtration, purification, water systems, cooling, CIP,
- Creating, presenting and implementing process improvement and reports in order to optimize processes concerning the process equipments and new technologies ;
- Liaising with production in order to analyze the needs and transforming them into process engineering oriented projects environment
- Understanding the company business plan and be a key player in defining the utility masterplan and the phased role out of it.
- Coordinating the activities an resource allocation in your team (#5) of engineers across multiple projects.
- Providing operational support as well as strategic advise in the development of process engineering and utilities teams ;
- Ensuring communication with internal and external stakeholders in order to develop new projects

**Profile**:

- Fluency in English, Dutch or French is mandatory.
- A first experience in people management is an asset.
