**Key responsibilities**
- Define a strategy for the product & business goals together with the Head of Centric product management
- Define the project scope and plans/releases/ deployment strategy
- Identify product stakeholders and set up governance around your objectives & project
- Manage resources of the project in general, human or not and relationship with internal & external providers
- Understand business use cases, the goals, the stakeholders involved, the processes.
- Create the virtual agent personality and identify guidelines to keep a consistent tone-of-voice
- Design the Conversational BPN by use case, happy path and all its possible deviations
- Define KPIs & criteria to assess conversation effectiveness
- Continuous conversation analysis after the release, to see what is working and what is not, and then adapt UX
- Design & maintain sustainable conceptual data model that connects intents, entities and utterances supporting the conversations/business use cases
- Gather & organize data to compose validation data sets/list of utterances in order to train the AI
- Define & monitor respect of the methodology to define intents, entities & utterances
- Work closely with the other streams involved on the project (marketing, legal, deployment, distribution, etc.) in order to develop a cohesive approach

**Required experience / knowledge**:

- **At least 8 years of experience in Financial Services projects** (cash management, global market, corporate banking products in general) with direct involvement in IT projects and good understanding of Corporate and/or Institutional clients needs
- **Exposure to digital products**:

- At least 10 years experience in **project management and/or IT product management**:

- Strong proven experience in **development and rollout of solutions dedicated to the improvement of client services in the Corporate banking industry**

- Pragmatic team player
- Good negotiation skills
- Proactive and hands on approach with attention to details
- Very good verbal and written communication skills

**Travel**: Could be required for specific projects/tasks

**Education**: Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering,or equivalent experience

**Language Requirements**:

- **English**: Professional proficiency
- **French is a plus**:

- **Dutch** is a plus**
