Je tilt corporate reporting en analytics binnen de afdeling Technology naar een hoger niveau. Dankzij jouw nauwgezette controle, KPI opvolging en overzichtelijke dashboards kan de directie de resultaten effectief beoordelen en de juiste beslissingen nemen.

**De job in een notendop**

In nauwe samenwerking met de directors en teams zorg je voor een correcte inflow van data en ontwikkel je een overkoepelende reporting, KPI-dashboards en analytics ter ondersteuning van de technologie operations en strategie.

Je streeft continu naar betere management informatie over de uitgaven en gerelateerde impacten zodat de Senior Executives & Board de resultaten effectief kunnen beoordelen, nieuwe inzichten kunnen verkrijgen en goed geïnformeerde beslissingen kunnen nemen. Je verstrekt de nodige informatie op pro-actieve en periodieke basis.

Je doet aan continuous improvement via transversale team initiatieven en het delen van best practices.

Je ondersteunt een sterke corporate governance en draagt transparantie en de key corporate policies hoog in het vaandel.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een masterdiploma bedrijfseconomie, financiën, accounting of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- kennis van tools rondom datavisualisatie
- sterke analytische, probleemoplossende en communicatieve vaardigheden
- een gestructureerde aanpak
- een sterke affiniteit met bruggen bouwen en stakeholder management
- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en vlotte kennis van het Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven)

Je scoort extra met:

- ervaring in gegevensanalyse, rapportage en Qlikview
- affiniteit met financiële diensten, bankactiviteiten en technologie
