Wil jij bijdragen aan een efficiënte en veilige werking van een internationaal bedrijf? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie zoeken wij een **Senior Product Manager - Operational Compliance & Safety** binnen het ICT-departement.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle ICT-producten op het gebied van operationele compliance en veiligheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat de systemen en applicaties optimaal functioneren om incidenten, inspecties, audits en andere veiligheidsaspecten te registreren en de juiste teams tijdig te alarmeren.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- ** Operationeel beheer**: Je beheert de ICT-diensten van het product en zorgt ervoor dat deze voldoen aan de afgesproken servicelevels.
- ** Strategische verbetering**: Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en interne veranderingen op en vertaalt deze naar verbeteringen in de uitvoering.
- ** Budgetbeheer**: Je bewaakt en beheert het volledige budget voor jouw product binnen het algemene ICT-budget.
- ** Samenwerking**: Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams (zoals brandweer, veiligheid en inspectie), IT-partners, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
- ** Projectmanagement**: Je zet strategische plannen om in concrete projecten en voert deze uit, waarbij je maximaal 50% van je tijd aan projectbeheer besteedt.
- ** Leidinggeven**: Je motiveert en begeleidt teams binnen verschillende afdelingen en stimuleert kennisdeling.
**Qualifications**:
**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring met aantoonbare resultaten.
- Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving met focus op klantgerichtheid is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van project-, programma
- en productmanagement.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op zowel technisch als conceptueel niveau.
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en onderhandelingen.
- Analytisch, resultaatgericht en goed in organisatie.
- Ervaring met teammanagement.
- Vloeiend in Engels en Frans of Nederlands.
