**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform **data analysis on financial KPIs, targets, and structures within the finance departments of our clients worldwide**.
- **Analyze and interpret complex financial data** to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- **Collaborate with the Director** **to develop reports and dashboards** that provide insight into the organization's financial performance.
- **Identify opportunities for improvement **in financial processes and systems based on the conducted analyses.
- **Clearly and concisely communicate the results of the analyses to stakeholders**, including the management team.

**In an ideal world, you are/have**:

- **Minimum 1-3 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis**.
- **Strong knowledge of advanced Excel usage**, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- **Analytical thinking** skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- **Excellent communication skills **to present complex analyses in an understandable manner to various stakeholders.
- **Excellent command of the English language**, both orally and in writing. Dutch is a plus.
- **Flexibility to travel on a regular basis**, depending on project locations.
