We have built our expertise through managing ENGIE's large and diverse asset portfolio for over more than 20 years. We provide energy supply solutions and risk management services to support our clients through their decarbonization journey, while optimizing ENGIE’s assets and contributing to value creation. Within GEMS, the Green Power Origination & Structuring desk is part of the Northwest Europe (NWE) power trading and origination platform operating across the full power value chain. The main missions of the Green Power Origination & Structuring desk are: - Developing renewable power solutions that will address the needs of GEMS upstream and downstream clients (power purchase agreements (PPAs)), and ENGIE’s in-house renewable asset developer teams in NWE. - Developing lasting commercial relationships with renewable asset developers, expanding GEMS renewable asset portfolio under management to serve our downstream clients in their energy transition. **Role** As a Green Structurer your key responsibilities within the team will be: - Design and implement renewable PPAs to support GEMS green power client business in NWE. In particular, as a Green Structurer you will be accountable for the transformation of the offer concept into a product that can be transacted with the client, including contract negotiation, risk assessment and setting valuation methodology of the deal; - Coordinate and work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders during the deal approval process; - Lead ad-hoc analysis and business cases to scale up GEMS risk management capabilities (e.g. weather derivatives); - Contribute to the development/improvement of pricing methodologies and models in close collaboration with trading, risk, market analysts, quant teams and IT; - Contribute to the development/improvement of contract templates in close collaboration with legal, sales and origination; - Support sales and origination in preparing support documents required for tenders and/or client RFPs (in particular review of the analytical narratives, product and pricing proposition(s)) and participate in client visits, conferences, etc. on an ad-hoc basis, keeping track of market trends and promoting products. This is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. **Travels** Brussels, with occasional travels within NWE **About YOU**: **Hard skills** - Solid knowledge of the NWE power system and markets; - Solid knowledge of the RES industry; - Strong analytical and programming skills (data analysis and modelling); - Proficiency with Python **Soft skills** - Result-oriented hands-on approach and perseverant; - Reliable, rigorous and curious; - Stress resilient and ability to manage multiple workflows; - Team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with very diverse professional profiles (clients, traders, quants, sales, support functions, etc.); **Education and professional background** - 5-10 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector (business development, project management, and/or project finance) and/or energy markets, with proven track record in renewable PPAs; - Master degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.) **Langu
