**The team**

As an intern in ING’s FM CEM team, you’ll join a dynamic group responsible for managing and optimising funding, liquidity, and collateral across ING’s global derivatives portfolio. The team focuses on hedging, strategic optimisation, and P&L impact, with initiatives like CollVA and the broader VA framework playing a central role. You’ll gain eposure to real-time decision-making and financial markets, while building technical and analytical skills through projects that have a meaningful impact at ING.
