**Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.**
**No leadership experience? No problem You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader**
**You are at least 18 years old and looking for a full-time job.**
**You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).**
**Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.**
**You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.**
**You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company**
What will you do?
**Lead a team of student workers and create a positive and efficient work atmosphere.**
**Ensure quality and make sure every bowl is perfect.**
**Help customers craft their perfect bowl while providing top-notch service.**
**Manage opening and closing shifts and keep everything running smoothly.**
**Learn about KPIs and understand how they help optimize restaurant performance.**

**What do we offer you?**
**Gross hourly wage of €16.52**
**38-hour contract + 20 vacation days**
