Procurement Process Specialist

En tant que Procurement Process Specialist vous êtes responsable de la définition et de l'optimisation du cadre global du « process-achat » Source-to-Contract (tactical sourcing et strategic sourcing) en ligne avec les business requirements « achat » et en phase avec les réglementations externe et interne. Vos tâches principales sont les suivantes:
- Vous établissez et développez le cadre ISO pour la passation et exécution des marchés (processus, procédures, instructions,) afin de garantir un cadre le plus « lean » possible et afin de veiller à la bonne gouvernance en matière d’achats.
- Vous établissez et mettez à jour les documents de support « achat » nécessaires (canevas, templates, checklists,) en bonne concertation avec les parties prenantes (Legal, ICT,).
- Vous communiquez clairement sur ceux-ci et veillez à une approche uniforme et standardisée afin de gagner en efficacité et de faciliter le respect des règles lors des processus d’achat, favoriser également un retour d’information par les gestionnaires de dossiers achat.
- Vous êtes le SPOC pour procurement vis-à-vis de l’entité Legal, centralisez toutes les questions juridiques, en assurant le suivi proactif. Vous intégrez les nouvelles informations et assurez que les évolutions légales soient traduites dans les processus et procédures afin de continuellement améliorer le cadre opérationnel.
- Vous informez les différents stakeholders internes des adaptations nécessaires et coordonnez avec eux les updates, pour la partie des clauses techniques, de canevas des cahiers de charge et/ou contrats-cadres afin de garantir la solidité des contrats.
- Vous vous tenez constamment informé(e) des évolutions et développements dans votre domaine. Vous développez des connaissances liées aux activités de votre entité et vous êtes à l’écoute de toute information pertinente afin de renforcer sa crédibilité par le biais d'un service qui repose en permanence sur des connaissances actualisées et d'anticiper les évolutions du marché.
