**Mission**:

- Our Investment Solutions Development team is dedicated to creating innovative and tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for setting up all bespoke solutions, the team follows up on various topics such as Fiduciary, ALM/Solvency solutions, ETF capital markets and new proprietary indices either in support of discretionary portfolio management or advising prospective clients.
- By leveraging advanced analytics, cutting-edge technology, and deep industry expertise, Investment Solutions Development team strives to deliver exceptional value and drive sustainable growth.

**Responsabilities**:

- Within the Investment Solutions Development team, the new hire’s main mission is to:

- Design bespoke solutions for all type of clients, depending of sales’ requests (multidisciplinary approach covering all asset classes including real assets, bespoke indices, tailored portfolios ).
- Oversee some of the follow-up activities, such as fiduciary advice, index rebalancing, etc.
- Having an actuary degree will be a plus as it would allow the person to serve our
- Insurance and Pension Funds clients with ad-hoc and regular specific analysis (ALM, definition of Strategic Asset Allocation, regulatory follow-up such as capital requirements, etc )

This position can be based in Brussels or Paris.

**Profile**:
Master degree (Business school, Engineer, Mathematics, Physics ) with a focus on finance + either actuary degree, CFA, CAIA,

Experience required:
Minimum 5 years in the asset management industry or sell side structuring.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical background, including financial mathematics, Python,
- Knowledge of the asset management industry, Insurance and Pension schemes regulation.
- Team spirit.
- Open-minded, curious, client oriented.
- Able to run several projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English, and ideally in Dutch or French too.
