Supply Chain Manager

Description
For the Supply Chain team at Tom&Co, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our team, oversee supplier and client relationships, and implement long-term solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize operational challenges. You will define and execute the supply chain strategy while ensuring seamless operations across our three storage locations in Belgium and France.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage the Supply Chain team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Define and implement the overall supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the supply chain P&L
- Oversee stock management across multiple locations, ensuring optimal inventory levels for both stores and e-commerce.
- Manage the logístical service providers (Warehousing, Transport) and monitor their performance and jointly achieve the agreed KPI’s
- Develop demand forecasts using historical data and market trends to optimize replenishment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, proactively managing any procurement issues and implementing solutions to prevent future disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with the other teams such as Procurement, Commercial Development and the Sales Teams of BELUX and France to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of stock levels, replenishment performance, and supply chain analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the supply chain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical client and supplier issues, ensuring swift resolution and sustainable long-term improvements..
- You will report to the CCO

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience (B2C and/or B2B) in a retail environment is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement proactive solutions.
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a professional level of Dutch or French (minimum B2) and English.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proven project management skills
