We are looking, for one of our client in Brussel, for an **Accountant, (m/w/x).
**Description of the function
**Your responsibilites will be to**:

- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ;
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status ;
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant ;
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures ;
- Manage accounting and bookkeepers ;
- Participate in financial reporting and budget preparation ;
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns ;
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance ;
- Support month-end and year-end close process ;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls ;
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles ;
- Liaise with our Financial Manager to improve financial procedures ;
- Manages all the operating and day to day tasks ;
- Assistant in preparation of payments ;
- Assisting in the preparation of annual audit ;

**Profile description
**What would work?**
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are analytical and well organized.
- You are fluent in french and english.
- You master Excell and you get a plus if you know Odoo.
