Om het team van Blue Goose (deel van De Cronos Groep) te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een business analist die zich wenst te focussen op business processen en/of bedrijfsregels.

**Functie**

Als business process/rules analyst zal je de nodige informatie vergaren bij de stakeholders en kritisch meedenken over de optimale inrichting van de processen en/of bedrijfsregels. Naast deze faciliterende rol, sta ja in voor het opstellen van methodologisch correcte processen en diagrammen. Bovendien zal er de nodige samenwerking zijn met de stakeholders zodat zij de nodige kennis opbouwen en op termijn in staat zijn om zelf wijzigingen door te voeren.

Bij Blue Goose gaan we een stap verder dan de ‘traditionele’ rol van business analist. Om invulling te geven aan de business requirements, tekenen we niet alleen processen en bedrijfsregels uit. We configureren en automatiseren deze modellen in low code platformen, waardoor ze ook daadwerkelijk uitvoerbaar zijn. De analyse met uitvoerbare modellen vormt met andere woorden een deel van de implementatie. Door het wegvallen van bijkomende analyse en een deel van het development zorg je niet alleen voor tijdswinst, maar ook voor transparantie voor business gebruikers in de software die hen ondersteunt.

***Wie zoeken wij?**

Je kan jezelf herkennen in volgende punten

  • Een bachelor
  • of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring)
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in business analyse of gelijkaardig
  • Kennis van BPMN
  • Ervaring met andere modelleermethodologieën zoals Decision en/of Case Management is een plus
  • Bekend met één of meerdere agile projectmethodologieën
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en jezelf aanpassen aan evoluerende situaties
  • Je bent pragmatisch en neemt verantwoordelijkheden op
  • Gedreven om jezelf én andere verder te ontwikkelen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands
  • Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt

Verder ben je geïnteresseerd om als consultant bij verschillende klanten en sectoren te werken waardoor je met verschillende low code platformen in aanraking kan komen, zoals bijvoorbeeld Camunda, Appian, Outsystems en IBM ODM. Dit maakt je job heel divers en uitdagend.

Het is een groot pluspunt indien je reeds ervaring hebt met het configureren en automatiseren van processen en/of het opzetten van bedrijfsregels aan de hand van een process engine of business rules engine. Indien je hierin interesse hebt maar nog geen ervaring, zorgen wij voor de nodige begeleiding.
