Program Manager, Data Center Operations Organizational Resilience

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related field, with a focus on building organizational resilience.
- Experience supporting workforce planning and new data center site launches.
- Experience in developing and implementing learning strategies across geographical locations.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with AI tools and how best to utilize custom-AI agents to drive knowledge and skill development in the field.
- Knowledge of skill reinforcement in the flow of work utilizing AI and procedures.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Results-oriented with a focus on measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, draft, and manage an annual learning and development strategy focused on organizational resilience for all EMEA locations.
- Collaborate with facility business leaders to identify specific learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging and effective training materials, leveraging various modalities (e.g., e-learning, video, AI, workshops, scenario planning exercises and simulations).
- Partner with the workforce strategy team to integrate organizational resilience principles into the planning and execution of new EMEA site launches (Project Point-Nemo).
- Identify potential resilience risks associated with new site development and propose mitigation strategies.
