Pour l'un de nos client situé dans la province de LIEGE, nous recherchons un CUSTOMER ADVISOR dynamique et empathique pour rejoindre une équipe de dynamique. En tant que Customer Advisor, vous devez pouvoir répondre à des questions et proposer les meilleurs prix et produits. Vous êtes responsable de fournir un service client exceptionnel.

Tâches:

- Après une formation interne, vous serez en contact direct avec les clients. Vous êtes le porte-parole de la marque que vous représentez avec fierté.
- Vous êtes un véritable conseiller et vous aidez chaque client avec le plus grand soin.
- Vous détectez très facilement les besoins du client. Dans chaque contact, vous allez dans la direction du meilleur service client possible.
- Dans chaque problème, vous voyez une défi En collaboration avec le client, vous serez à la recherche d'une solution parfaitement adaptée
- Vous répondez aux questions des clients et proposez les meilleures offres et prix

Profil:

- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en tant que conseiller clientèle ou dans un call-center.
- Vous êtes un maître dans tout ce qui concerne la communication. L’écoute active et la communication transparente sont vos atouts.
- Vous êtes peut-être un écrivain caché qui considère les règles de grammaire et d'orthographe comme une chose des plus sérieuses, c’est toujours un plus
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les propositions commerciales et la contre-argumentation pour convaincre le client.
- Vous êtes organisé et multitâche.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique et motivé
- Vous êtes flexible pendant les heures d’ouverture du projet : lundi-dimanche entre 8h et 19h( horaire variable).
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français.
