We're seeking a talented Talent Recruiter Partner to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you'll be responsible for all recruitment activities for a range of profiles across our offices in Belgium (Ronse & Antwerp).

**What you'll be doing**:

- Conducting the first screening and scheduling the second interview with hiring managers
- Working closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions

**Profil**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience within recruitment (agency or in-house) and several recruitment channels.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch (extra languages are a plus)
- Organizational skills and a good ability to prioritize workload effectively
- A good team player
