As a Compensations & Benefits Officer, you will be responsible by managing, creating, implementing, and sustaining a fair and trustworthy salary & reward policy for all Coreso’s employees.

As a Comp & Ben Officer at Coreso, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Developing and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy, including the management of salary and benefits policies.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in labour laws and market trends to ensure the adaptation of remuneration policies accordingly.
- Coordinating the payroll process, including preparing mutations, parental leaves, and other related tasks.
- Creating contracts for both local and expat employees, which includes working with our Immigration Services partner to obtain and manage work permits.
- Setting up reports and HR metrics to present to the management.
- Being the administrator of our HRIS system, Sympa.
- Monitor best practices on the Belgian market in terms of fixed and variable remuneration and fringe benefits, such as insurance, mobility policy and customised benefits plans.
The above tasks are not exhaustive. Together with your line manager you have some room to fill in the job description to what you think is important in your job. After all, you are the expert
**What are we looking for?
- You hold a Master degree in HR, Social Legislation or other relevant
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in Social Legislation & Labour law
- Autonomous, organized & detail-oriented with a flexible mindset
