**Mission**:
Management and development of the division controlling team. Analytical management support (adhoc request from business managers) - Be the business partner of the BU Strip

**Activités principales et objectifs**:
Financial planning and analysis:

- strategic planning / budgeting / forecasting for the BU (with the support of plants controllers)
- budget control (incl. purchase requisition, purchase order, contract approval)
- perform cash flow analysis
- manage FP&A policies and procedures in lign with EU FP&A Manager

Financial performance management:

- cost of sales analysis
- working capital analysis
- variances analysis
- P&L analysis
- development and approval of KPIs, Support MBO (yearly target/performance system) process in setting business targets and results
- Participation in projects (e.g. automation or optimization of processes)

**Profile**:
**Background**
- Min. 3years of experience in operational controlling (or industrial controlling) and a relevant experience as plant controller. Clear understanding of industrial plants processes.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting and budget consolidation
- Experience in management reporting/business partner
- Preparing presentation materials for company management
- Challenging, optimizing and building/formalizing processes
- Optimizing production costs

**Skills**
- English langage mandatory/ French is a good to have
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Plan / fact analysis
- Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint / SAP R3
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset
- Presentation skills, able to summarize data and concept
- Ability to build network and work in transversal role
