What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Expert, your main KPI is to hunt for talent that help our company to keep growing

In parallel, you will contribute to building a dynamic HR department that listens to its employees, takes care of them so that they feel good at work and stay on the long term. Working directly with the management, your role will be very versatile and varied in its tasks
- You are actively looking for talent in a number of different functions (IT, Sales, Marketing, Engineers,...) for their office in Antwerp and potentially other offices as they expand. You will be responsible for managing the process from A to Z. (Intake with operations and managers, writing job descriptions, interviews, offers, negotiations, onboarding...)
- Depending on the needs and opportunities, you will participate in HR projects in order to improve the internal service offer to your internal clients and this, in conjunction with the executive committee.
- You will not be expected to deal with the hard HR part of the job, which will be delegated to an internal person and the social secretariat.

Who we're looking for
- You have at least 3-7 years of HR experience.
- You have at least 2-3 years of active hiring experience (agency, headhunter, internal recruitment).
- You are fluent in English (mastery of any other local languages would be a plus)
- You have an outgoing personality
- You are organized, autonomous and proactive
- You like challenges and exceed your targets
- You have a first (international) recruitment experience, ideally in an IT environment;
