Business Controller

KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH - EMENA is searching a Business Controller for a temporary assignement of 6 months.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Controller (based in Herentals) you will be part of the EMENA business controlling team. The
**Business Controller principal responsibilities will be to monitor, analyze and optimize multiple business data and processes throughout the entire organization** where you will work closely with other functions, especially Operations, Sales and Marketing. Your insights and recommendations will be key to improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing reporting systems and to ensure profitable and long-term business growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Business Controller you will have a variety of responsibilities such as:

- **Analyzing and reducing** monthly operation variances
- ** Monitor sales, margin and Opex** performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth
- Standard and budget costing calculation and analysis
- Ad-Hoc financial analysis
- Monthly **sales and margin reporting**:

- Monthly financial and **management reporting**:

- Technical Support to Finance and other Business partners (Power BI, Power Queries)
- Offer support for KAE during the month end closing procedure
- Perform internal control procedures in line with company policies
- Responsibility over annual budget preparations and monthly forecasts for several BU’s
- Monthly obsolete stock calculations and perform FIFO adjustments

- Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting or Finance
- 3-6 years of **experience **in a similar role
- **Analytical** thinker

- Eager to learn
- Strong knowledge Office 365
- Very good oral and written knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
