Omina Technologies is looking for an HR Officer in Belgium.

- We specialize in ethical, explainable and trustworthy artificial intelligence.
- **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- You will be responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z: you will create and post job descriptions, conduct the first interview and on-board the new team members.
You will be responsible for further developing the HR processes together with the management team, ensuring that these scale together with the company
You address all HR related questions from the team
You will be in charge of the personnel administration
You will organize the quarterly team events
- **JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated experience in HR and Leadership
You know your way around a computer and online software programs
Empathy and confidentiality are values that you hold to a high standard
Knowledge of labor and social legislation
Proficient in Dutch, French and English
