**Role: HR Process & Communication Officer - Support**
**Location: Brussels, Belgium**
**Description**:
-To support our Quality Office team in the HR Service Center we are looking for a process & communication officer. Further in the year it’s possible support for our operational team(s) will be added.
- Reviewing and updating existing HR processes: treatment of smaller process updates (ex: update info in existing work instructions, create new work instructions, adapt letters/mail templates,)
- Clean-up (missing) process documentation
- Manage communication towards employees: update of HR articles for employees
- Support the HR process engineers & the HR communication officer with small tasks: ex: scan of documents for an analysis, translation of communications,
- It is possible that support for our operational teams Salary & Benefits and/or Contract & Personal Data will be added during the year (for a part of the assignment): treatment questions of employees, treatment salary&benefits processes, treatment specific contract/data processes
**Required experience / knowledge**:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
**Technical experience**:
Mandatory:
- Experience with process documentation: work instructions
- Experience with process modelling tools (Visio) and the creation of flow charts
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Good communication (oral & written) skills
Preferable:
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience in process management is a plus
- Experience in an operational HR role is a plus
**Business experience**:
Mandatory:
- Experience in HR context, knowledge of social law
