**Wie zijn we?**

Optimile is een in Gent gevestigd innovatief softwarebedrijf dat actief is in 7 landen en verschillende toepassingen op het vlak van mobiliteit aanbiedt. Wij bieden o.a. een cloudgebaseerd platform aan dat verschillende soorten vervoermiddelen met de eindgebruiker verbindt door mobiliteit als een dienst te benaderen (Mobility as a service of MaaS). Wij zijn ook een innovatieve speler in het elektrische eco-systeem met een backend platform voor laadpalen en energieoplossingen. Gebruikers van onze platformen kunnen gemakkelijk verschillende vervoermiddelen combineren, om op de voor hen meest passende manier hun bestemming te bereiken, inclusief voor het in één beweging reserveren en betalen van de verschillende transportmodi.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- U staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van juridische contracten.
- U verwerkt juridische correspondentie en communiceert met diverse mobiliteitsoperatoren.
- U staat in voor het contractmanagement.
- U zorgt voor een efficiënte archivering van documenten.
- U volgt regelgevingen en processen op.
- U monitort alles rond GDPR en volgt compliance op.
- U biedt algemene ondersteuning bij verschillende mobiliteitsprojecten.
- U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

**Requirements**:

- U bent in het bezit van een Bachelor in de Rechtspraktijk, een Master in de rechten of gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring.
- U hebt bij voorkeur tussen de 1 en 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een bedrijfsjuridischefunctie en/of in de advocatuur.
- Ervaring met opmaak en onderhandelen van contracten is een must.
- U bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- U bent discreet, nauwkeurig en vlot in de omgang.
- U bent hands-on en proactief.
- U bent stressbestendig en kan je tijd goed indelen zodat alle deadlines gehaald worden.
- U kan verantwoordelijkheid dragen.
- U gaat discreet om met confidentiële zaken.
