**Function**:
Are you a driven lawyer with a passion for transport and logistics? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your legal expertise can make a difference? At TML, we are looking for a **Legal Advisor**. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation, while working with various stakeholders in an international setting. - Duties:_
- **Judicial Advice**: Provide expert advice to various departments on contracts, compliance and regulations within the transport and logistics sector.
- **Contract Management**: Manage and evaluate contracts with customers, suppliers and partners, and ensure legal compliance.
- **Risk Analysis**: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them so that we can secure our business objectives.
- **File follow-up**: Manage new/current legal files in collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Management) any external partners/agencies.
- **Training & Support**: Organise training for employees on relevant legal issues and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.
