Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Our client’s End User Systems Team is split into 2 sub-teams : Device Platforms and Engineering. For each of these sub-teams we are looking for a **coordinator** who will act as **SPOC** within his/her field and who will **monitor operational continuity**.
- You will clearly and timely answer questions from customers of the service within your field;
- You will provide necessary reporting on the most important KPI’s of your team;
- You will formulate and develop proposals for improvement in collaboration with colleagues to increase the quality of the service;
- You will plan and organize operational activities within the team : you will follow-up of the activities within the team, you will supervise the activities of the team members and/or the activity domain, you will monitor the continuity of services within the team, and you will carry out qualitative checks on the work delivered by your team;
- If needed you will cooperate operationally within the team;
- You will draw up and keep documentation and procedures up-to-date.

**Vereiste ervaring**:

- You have a **Bachelor's degree in an ICT related field **or you’re equivalent through relevant professional experience;
- You have **at least 5 years of experience within an operational ICT environment**, of which preferably already a first experience with the coordination and delegation of tasks and activities;
- You have **broad ICT knowledge **with knowledge of:

- Infrastructure Stack (OS, imaging, deployment, scripting and management toolset) based on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, IOS;
- Active Directory (understanding/setting up/maintaining domains, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, OUs, sites, ), LDAP, GPO;
- Patching Management based on SCCM;
- Anti-virus Management based on Windows Defender;
- Office tools (Office365) including collaboration tools (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint,)
- Mobile device management (Knox/MDM/Intune).
- You have at least some basic knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP;
- You have at least some basic knowledge of Asset Management based on ITIL methodology and ServiceNow;
- You have knowledge of **ITIL** methodology;
- You have an analytical mind, you’re accurate and you prefer to work in a planned constellation;
- You **have good active knowledge of Dutch, French and English**
