Mission/purpose:
You contribute to the sales results by analyzing the B2B prospects and customers behavior, the performance of marketing campaigns, the churn evolution, the channel performance, the profitability generated by sales, etc.

You turn these data into meaningful and actionable insights for the sales teams who are your main internal customers, supporting their strategic decision making and helping them understanding and boosting their performance.

You explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources, let the data speak, discover (hidden) insights and communicate them to this non-expert audience. You extract the key messages and bring rich recommendations driven by your analysis.

When relevant, you develop and/or improve reports and dashboards to bring more visibility on sales results.

Your profile:

- Diploma in a quantitative area: engineer, commercial engineer, economics, statistics, mathematics, econometrics.
- Successful experience (2/3 years) in customer analytics in a sales or marketing context
- Attention to detail but not afraid to make an educated guess
- Good at visualizing data and making impactful presentations
- Good communication and presentation skills (share customer knowledge and insights with marketers)
- Helicopter view and critical mind to deliver relevant analyses and conclusions,
- Analytical thinking / Problem solving skills
- Team player
- Languages: fluent in English and French or Dutch

Specific expertise required
- Advanced statistical techniques
- Familiar with DWH / Hadoop environments. Experience with cloud solutions is a plus
- Advanced expertise in SQL
- Advanced expertise in Data visualization and data analysis (Power BI, R Studio)
- Knowledge of mobile telco customer behavior is a plus
