**A Day In The Life Of**

As a **Marketing student**, you will have the opportunity to support, and execute a number of key initiatives with the Partner and Field Marketing Team. For this role, it’s important that you have some basic knowledge of marketing and communications as well as proficiency in digital tools.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are also looking for a problem solver who is not afraid to step up when needed.

**Role description**
- Assist in organizing and coordinating tasks for the successful rollout of marketing events and webinars. This includes coordinating with event vendor staff, ensuring promotional materials and swag arrive at the event, preparing necessary event materials, providing support during the event, and managing post-event activities to drive event leads through the funnel.
- Webinar setup (e.g. Setting up the registration page, content coordination, coordinating the dry runs, making sure webinar participant lists are uploaded, etc.).
- Lead management: Maintain high data quality for list imports to guarantee an efficient lead flow in the sales and marketing funnel. Ensure that leads in the systems are correctly assigned to the designated owners.
- Coordinate with the design team to create visual assets for various events and partner marketing co-branded campaigns.
- Responsible for swag inventory management, relationship with providers, shipments.
- Help with our company marketing hub content setup and stay in charge of its maintenance. (content, structure, images)
