We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain practical experience in marketing while pursuing their education.

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist our marketing team in various administrative tasks aimed at promoting our products/services and increasing brand awareness and leads. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about marketing strategies, digital tools, and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- MARKETING: Help with our company marketing hub content setup and stay in charge of it maintenance. (content, structure, images)
- CAMPAIGNS: campaign topic benchmark. Support with online research to see what our competitors are doing regarding specific campaign topics we have in the pipeline.
- EVENTS: Responsible for swag inventory management, relationship with providers, shipments.
- EVENTS: Lead management and enrichment: ensure data quality for list import to ensure a good lead flow in the funnel and systems.
- EVENTS: support webinar setup in BigMarker (webinar platform)
- PAID MEDIA: Manual import of google analytics for ad optimization
- ORGANIC: Google Analytics 4 (GA4): export performance reports

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with a natural affinity for technology and comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to marketing initiatives.
- Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required.
