Op de site van Hasselt staan wij in voor de productie van keramische buissystemen die voldoen aan de hoogste technische, economische en ecologische vereisten**.**

**Met als doel het mechanisch onderhoud te coördineren en monteurs aan te sturen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Technical Supervisor.**
- Functieomschrijving
- Je organiseert en superviseert de mechanische onderhoudswerkzaamheden met het oog op de goede werking van het machinepark. Dit omvat
- de opmaak en coördinatie van een accuraat (preventief) onderhoudsplan,
- een accurate planning mbt machine-omstellingen in functie van de gevraagde productie,
- relevante verbeteringsinitiatieven gebaseerd op de analyse van machine-stilstanden en kosten/machine,
- opsporen en verhelpen van storingen rekening houdend met de prioriteiten van de organisatie.
- Je stuurt hierbij een team van onderhoudsmonteurs aan (verdeeld over 2 ploegen), alsook een team dat instaat voor de revisie van de onderdelen.
- Je controleert de voortgang van de werkzaamheden op de werkvloer in lijn met de voorschriften mbt veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Je motiveert, stimuleert en coacht je team ifv hun persoonlijke groei en ifv de positieve werksfeer.
- Je staat in voor de aankoop van het materiaal dat nodig is voor de uitvoering van het onderhoud. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met buitenfirma’s en machineleveranciers ikv onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
- Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager
- Jouw profiel
- Je bezit een uitgesproken pro-actieve veiligheidsattitude.
- Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een diploma professionele bachelor in een technische - mechanica richting of equivalente ervaring. Je bezit een brede technische expertise in mechanisch onderhoud en kennis van onderhoudsprocessen, procedures en plannen.
- Je bezit duidelijke leiderschapskwaliteiten met de mogelijkheden tot ontwikkelen, motiveren en coachen van een team;
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet ten alle tijden de prioriteiten te bewaken.
- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk, zowel naar je teamleden als naar andere diensten/collega’s.
