**Wat doe je precies?**
- Aansturing, coördinatie en opvolging van alle operationele activiteiten air
- en landside
- Opvolging en bijsturing dispatch + zelf actief in dispatching meewerken, met bijsturen van de planning zodanig dat de beschikbare middelen optimaal ingezet worden
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten (info, vragen, klachten,....)
- Medewerkers begeleiden, bijsturen, evalueren, opvolgen, en waar nodig disciplinair optreden
- Veiligheid : uitvoeren rampsafety-checks, verslag en opvolging arbeidsongevallen, opstart contingency-procedure,....
- Actieve inbreng in procesverbetering (veiligheid, efficiëntie, kwaliteit...)
- Coördinerende en/of leidende rol bij projecten
- Kwaliteitsopvolging (assistentie bij verwerking resultaten, toekennen delay-codes)
- Communicatie:
- Pre-briefing loadmasters en ploegbazen
- Verzamelen, verwerken en verspreiden van de informatie die nodig is voor de afhandeling en administratie
- Shiftoverdracht + shiftrapport opstellen
- Opvolging GSE en infrastructuur + actie ondernemen waar nodig
- Algemene administratieve opvolging

- een goede kennis heeft van de cargo-processen, de procedures en gebruikte systemen
- sterk is in planning en organisatie en pro-actief ingesteld
- stressbestendig, verantwoordelijk en flexibel is en zelfstandig kan beslissen/werken
- duidelijk en goed kan communiceren naar medewerkers, klanten en andere diensten
- een goede kennis heeft van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
