As our **Sales & Business Development Representative (Benelux)**, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Pneugel’s presence within this market. Your responsibilities include:

- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers in automotive, cycling, and industrial sectors
- Promoting and selling Pneugel products, building lasting client relationships
- Leading sales negotiations and closing deals
- Providing excellent customer service and follow-up
- Suggesting and implementing sales strategies to boost our performance in the Benelux region

**Qualifications**
- **Strong sales drive**: comfortable with prospecting and negotiation
- **Self-starter with autonomy**: able to organize your time and efforts to meet sales targets
- **Relevant industry knowledge**: familiarity with automotive or tire products is an advantage
- **Language skills**: strong command of French, English, and Dutch is highly preferred
- **Motivated and goal-oriented**: thrives on new challenges and exceeding objectives
