For their Aftermarket Division in Lummen (B) we are looking for a Sales Account Manager BNL & Nordics Responsibilities: Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results; Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your region, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors; Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Meet with customers in your region to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our clients relationship with them; Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics; Provide periodically report of field sales success; Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for your defined geography and accounts; Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions; Experience: Proven track record of successful sales and market development in the automotive aftermarket sector; Experience in developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives; Familiarity with customer service, logistics, and shipping to customers; Experience in managing distributors, wholesalers and other partners; Characteristics: Strong negotiating and management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.; Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen; Collaborative and team-oriented problem-solving approach with a solutions-focused mindset; Expertise in sales and business development.; Proficiency in market research and analysis; Willingness to travel in your region; Computer skills in Microsoft Office, CRM; Professional knowledge English and Dutch.
