We currently have just under one hundred team members, including both internal staff and consultants on assignment with our clients.

As a **Part-time Freelance HR Manager**, you will oversee human resources management across our various locations, ensuring coordination, compliance, and support for our employees on assignment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of HR activities in collaboration with 2 HR Officers
- Onboarding and offboarding (internal and external)
- Handling day-to-day employee requests
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations (mainly BE, LU, DE - support available through social secretariats and legal services)
- Regular communication with employees to ensure well-being
- Coordination with social secretariats to ensure accurate payroll management
- Contract management and vehicle fleet supervision
- Training needs analysis and management of subsidy files
- Organization of annual reviews and bonus policy
- Planning of internal events (corporate events, thematic breakfasts)
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and non-compliance management

**Profile Sought**:

- Proven experience in HR management, ideally across Belgium, Luxembourg, and/or Germany
- Knowledge of labor laws in at least one of the following countries: BE/LU/DE; knowledge of two or more is a strong asset
- Familiarity with the IT sector is a plus but not required
- Team coordination skills
- Fluent or native French required, professional English (B2 level)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and autonomy skills
- Discretion, ethics, and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus

**Work Conditions**:

- **6-month assignment** to cover a maternity leave
- **Period**: July to December 2025
- **Location**:

- Remote work allowed for administrative tasks
- Presence required in our offices (Liège, Eupen, or Beiler), especially for employee arrivals and departures

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP,.NET, ) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic ).

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
