**Your Mission**:
As a Growth Marketer at **Fightclub**, you’ll be part of a squad that blends creativity, performance, and AI-powered execution. You’ll experiment across the full marketing funnel using the **AARRR framework** (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) and run campaigns that actually move the needle.
You’ll work with a team of 5+ Growth Marketers, a Project Manager, and Squad Lead—across brands that demand bold thinking and fast execution. This role touches strategy, experimentation, content, data, and channel performance.
**What You’ll Own**:
**1. Growth Strategy & Execution**:
- Use AI tools and performance data to launch high-impact experiments
- Continuously optimize campaigns using a kill-or-scale mindset
- Spot trends and define hypotheses for growth
**2. Funnel Optimization**:
- Work hands-on across all AARRR funnel stages
- Define KPIs per stage and own performance metrics
- Partner with creatives, strategists, and developers to test, launch, and scale ideas
**3. Data & Reporting**:
**Analyze campaign performance**, extract actionable insights, and turn them into strategic decisions
**Translate data** into clear visuals and business recommendations for clients and internal teams
**4. Collaboration & Learning**:
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads
- Share learnings, leverage AI, and continuously upskill through Customer Collective's broader ecosystem
- Gather feedback from clients and squads to keep improving and iterating
**What We’re Looking For**:

**Ideally You Have**:
- 1-5 years of experience in growth marketing (agency side = bonus)
- Experience with paid media, performance campaigns, landing pages, and basic automation flows
- A data-first mentality with comfort in tools like GA4, Looker, HubSpot, or Meta Ads Manager
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
