**What you will be doing**
- Uncovering patterns in student reading and writing data using AI, transforming these insights into groundbreaking strategies that revolutionize English language instruction and literary analysis.
- Crafting AI-powered tools that adapt to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building exciting, and literary analysis accessible to students at all levels.
- Designing dynamic learning pathways that evolve in real-time, guiding students from phonics to parsing complex texts, ensuring each learner progresses at an optimal pace.
- Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI experts to push the boundaries of language education, directly impacting the learning journey of thousands of students.
- Transforming classic and contemporary literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate students but ignite their passion for reading and writing.
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Managing traditional English curriculums or handling administrative tasks—this role is about innovation and strategic improvement in how language arts are taught and learned within our accelerated model.
- Working in isolation—you'll be part of our dynamic team pushing the frontiers of AI in English education.
**Key Responsibilities**
Drive measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, as demonstrated by a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
