**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Make sure that purchase orders are placed on time for the forecast.
- Pro-actively monitoring suppliers and the supply chain for risks
- Providing management reports on supply
- Input data in SAP and the planning system
- Ensuring healthy stock levels, comparing the expected sales, stock level, targets and service levels
- Maintain contact with internal & external supppliers, corporate supply teams
- Setting up multiple improvement projects to improve the planning function as a whole
