Als Operational Lead zorg je voor een efficiënte werking van je team waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de groei en ontwikking van je klant en je team.
Je zorgt samen met je Operations Manager voor een succesvolle uitbouw van de afdeling in functie van de waarden van het bedrijf.
Je krijgt daarbij tevens;
- Intensieve coaching en begeleiding van je Operations Manager
- Mogelijkheid om mee vorm te geven aan je team en je stempel te drukken

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn**
- Creëren van een omgeving waarin de ontwikkeling van medewerkers gestimuleerd wordt door o.a. de gepaste opleidingen te voorzien en door kennisdeling te stimuleren
- Stimuleren van ontwikkeling en groei van medewerkers binnen de organisatie door regelmatige feedbackmomenten en ontwikkelingsgesprekken met je teamleden
- Zorgen voor een open bedrijfscultuur waar medewerkers voldoende informatie ter beschikking gesteld krijgen om hun functie uit te oefenen
- Wervingsbehoeften vaststellen in lijn met de organisatie doelstellingen en boordelen welke resources in het team passen
- Op individueel vlak opvolgen van medewerkers om vertrouwensband op te bouwen met de organisatie en om medewerkers te stimuleren en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich verbinden met de organisatie
- Opportuniteiten identificeren bij bestaande klanten en het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met de klant
- Zo efficiënt en optimaal mogelijk omgaan met de inplanning van resources met als doel de job voor de klant correct en tijdig uit te voeren rekening houdende met de billable ratio
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor / Master diploma ICT of Toegepaste Informatica (of equivalent door ervaring)
- Je bent een geboren people manager
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om anderen te inspireren.
- Je beschikt over de ondernemersspirit om innovatieve ideeën in de organisatie voor te stellen en uit te werken
- Je ben commercieel ingesteld en in staat om nieuwe projecten voor je afdeling aan te trekken
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een sterke team speler
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en in staat om samen met een team naar deadlines toe te werken
- Je draagt de Eurofins waarden uit binnen de organisatie
