Your **focus **within our team? **Performing monitoring and reporting tasks** and coordinating these across our various entities. KBC Asset Management is active in **Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria.** Together with your colleagues in these countries, you make sure all aspects of relevant regulations (MiFID, IDD, Market Abuse, UCITS, AIFMD & AML) are correctly implemented and applied. In other words: an interesting job with a broad international context **What do we expect from you?**: - You **coordinate the execution of the various Compliance Monitoring Programmes **and perform second-line checks. - You make sure that the **recommendations **made by your colleagues at KBC Group Compliance are properly followed. - You coordinate the **preparations **for: - quarterly **compliance reporting;**: - quarterly compliance **Key Risk Indicators** (KRIs); - annual Internal **Control Statements;**: - annual** risk assessment and compliance activity planning;** - **investment restriction **documentation (per fonds/portfolio). - You make sure that we continuously evaluate our **first - and second-line checks** in areas such as relevance or methodology. - You contribute to **policy management.** **Your key strengths?**: - You have a master’s degree and **experience** in compliance. You’ve already been involved in second-line checks, the evaluation of first-line checks and the establishment of an internal environment of checks and controls. - You’re familiar with **various compliance domains** (e.g. MAR, ESG, MiFID, AML). Ideally, you also have some knowledge of asset management in an area such as investment restrictions. - You’ve already worked with **GRC tooling **and are fluent with Excel and Sharepoint. Are you familiar with **Simcorp Dimension** or a different asset management tool? Even better - You like to work in a structured manner to pursue a specific result. You have no problems efficiently **planning tasks and keeping a tight grip **on the reins in projects. - You **communicate **clearly and inclusively in **Dutch **and **English**.
