We are looking for an IT Field Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site support at our customer's premises in Brussels and Antwerp.

Our future colleague will be considered the face of IT and, for our clients, the window to the wider technology groups. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential along with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

Profiel
- 2 Years of experience in an IT Support Role
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 Operating System Errors and proficient in Microsoft Office latest Suites
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Symantec Endpoint Protection software
- Microsoft Group Policy Objects experience
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service and good organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: English and Dutch
