You **actively contribute** to the **growth of Sellsior** by looking for great colleagues to join our team (40%). - You work on the further development of our business unit Sellsior Professionals together with the sales team of Sellsior. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who will also continue the success of our business unit Sellsior Professionals in the coming year, together with our current recruitment team Developing solution proposals covering all aspects of our portfolio, travelling to client sites, participating in sales development, negotiating and closing strategic deals with C-level are among them. You are a networker, investing in client relationships, and identifying opportunities,.... You attend relevant events, including outside office hours. Your full-time physical presence in the office is required. **Skills and Qualifications** - You preferably have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition,... and a nose for talent - You are ambitious, commercial, results-oriented and a real doer.
