**Function**:
Do you want to contribute to the growth of TML? Then we have just the job for you We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to act as a bridge between our operations and HR team. As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the sites at TML Tongeren, TML Genk & Westerlo. In this role, you will have a broad range of tasks, including the implementation of daily operational HR activities at local site level.

Some of your duties include:

- You will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, from writing out the vacancy to inteviewing and issuing a salary proposal.
- You ensure a smooth onboarding and integration of new colleagues.
- You are the first point of contact for our employees for HR-related questions.
- You support the managers in various HR domains and have an eye for staffing needs.
- You take the lead in new HR projects that are launched and work closely with the other HR colleagues.

- What we expect from you:_
- You preferably have 2 years' experience in a similar job. Or have just graduated in a relevant discipline such as human resources, business psychology, occupational and organisational psychology, etc.
- You are a good communicator. You communicate appropriately with employees, managers, partners and close colleagues.
- In our growing environment, you need to be able to switch quickly.
- A business-oriented approach with attention for the human story is self-evident to you.
- You are able to build lasting relationships with various stakeholders.For this job, a good knowledge of Dutch and English is essential. French is a plus.
